About Tanya

While Tanya’s career background in sales and marketing is an asset for her customers, it is Tanya’s personal experience in buying and selling real estate, along with her firsthand knowledge and 20 years of experience, that makes her an exceptional real estate broker/agent. Tanya holds a real estate brokers license in Florida, as well as a Real estate license in Texas and is a top producer.  In addition Tanya completed her interior design accreditation through UCF. Although Tanya considers herself a Florida native, career advancements post college had relocated Tanya’s family multiple times, including locations throughout Florida, Texas, Connecticut and North Carolina before settling permanently back in Sarasota.  Having the personal experience of relocation and understanding the needs of buyers and sellers, is what inspired Tanya to become a REALTOR®.

She has extensive knowledge of the luxury, high-end market as well as pre/new construction , investment and bulk/asset analyst purchasing and selling. As the daughter of an architect, she also has knowledge and experience in the planning, designing and construction stages of residential and commercial property. Tanya is a real estate professional who has the knowledge, motivation and expertise to help you achieve your real estate needs, goals and desires through personalized attention and superior service. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and family  playing tennis, boating and fishing. She also enjoys scuba diving and world travel.
